    Select an eligible product and submit your request directly from the product page. Once added to your cart, proceed through checkout as usual.

  • Receive a demo unit

    We will send you a demo unit matched as closely as possible to your pupillary distance and selected magnification. Please note that demo working distances are preset.

  • Evaluate in Practice

    Test the demo unit in your own environment to experience how it performs during procedures. This step is critical in determining the right configuration for your workflow.

  • Confirm your custom build

    Following your trial, we'll refine your exact specifications (PD, working distance, magnification, frame, and prescription) to ensure a precise fit. Your custom loupes will then enter production and be completed in approximately 3 weeks.

  • Return the Demo Unit

    Once your evaluation is complete, simply return the demo unit using the provided instructions. Your card remains uncharged during the trial and will only be processed once you proceed with your custom order or if the unit is not returned.
